e-QPASS takes approximately 10-12 minutes to complete.

On the Client Assessment order page, chose the preferred language option. The client will also be able to chose the preferred lanaguage option when they enter the Welcome Page for the Assessment. NOTE: only the e-QPASS Assessment questions have been translated into Spanish.

YES, e-QPASS automatically saves responses.

If a client needs to pause or loses connection, they can simply log back on using the link and verfication code they received to restart the assessment.

YES, answers can be changed during the assessment.

A client can change their answers during the assessment phase. Once the assessment is completed and they hit "SUBMIT" the assessment is locked and no changes can be made from that point on.

e-QPASS is available in a paper version from the assessment author, Dr. Scott Lownsdale. Using the paper version will require you to hand score the assessment to determine the outcome. You can order a paper version and the corresponding training manual for scoring instructions HERE.

Confirm that you have the correct email address.

Re-check the email address with your client and return to the client assessment ordering page. Update or change the email address previously entered.

You can find reports under the Client Reports Tab.

When a client has completed the assessment the ordering moderator will be notified by email. The link in the email will take you to the e-QPASS application to log in to view the reports securely. If you are logged in, use the Client Reports Tab or locate your Clients name to find the reports.

You have the ability to print/email a copy for the client following your office protocol for release of information and secure document transfers.

This is at your descretion to decide.

Focused Future, LLC does not have a policy on this. All reports are for your use and at your discretion.

120 Days

Client reports are available for 120 days and then moved to archive. We recommend you download the PDF client report and save to a secure environment and/or print to the client file.

Notify your administrator and request the duplicated client or assessment be deleted. Once deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you are the administrator, use the Tools Tab for Administrator.
